Palmetto Ballet Theatre is committed to:

• Upholding and advancing our reputation as a company founded in classical training, yet
offering a rich and varied repertoire. Our performances will include timeless classics and
innovative contemporary pieces that will resonate with any audience.

• Establishing partnerships in our community and beyond to offer high-quality and
engaging educational programming with a special focus on historically underserved
communities in the Midlands and throughout South Carolina.

• Providing our dancers with a safe and nurturing environment in which to train at the
prestigious Palmetto Conservatory of Dance. PCD will provide exceptional training and
mentorship, bestowing upon our dancers the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in
their craft and contribute to the future of dance.

• Recruiting the finest dancers and choreographers from around the world, creating an An 
environment that will develop their talents to the utmost while encouraging the evolution
of ballet, on and off-stage.
• Growing our audience base and thereby enriching the cultural landscape and reinforcing
dance as a universal experience.
